Episode III Blue Shirt Lady

-Epilogue-

Ram isn't much of an attractive guy. Just like many people, he's just one of those who is in the back of is head, hoping to find happiness. Pretty much of a chance, people that come across their internet cafe find his friend Ehm to be apple to the eye. And unfortunately he's not the all-out-kind of guy that can come up talking much with strangers. To generalize his character I'd say "Introvert". In the back of his head, "will he ever catch the attention of that girl in his mind?

-Episode III Blue Shirt Lady-

It was then 12:30 am, Friday, April 25, 2014. Ram, together with his considered brother Aron, his friend and Employee-Manager-Soon-to-be, Ehm, his business partner that finances their business Mr. Jojo Uy, Mr. Jojo Uy's wife Tracy Uy, and two of their children, Thirdy and Naomi is at their Internet Cafe (Andromeda Computer Services). Mr. Jojo and Ram are having conversations about the flow of their business and computes every cent that is noted in the shop's inventory. They are having a good time even though the pressure of pursuing monthly quota is still in their mind. 

Suddenly, even if it is already in Ram's mind that this girl would probably come at that moment, he still tried to wait patiently and pretended not that he's expecting someone which already occupied his mind the whole day. And just as what they agreed that Ram will download that girls favorite tv series "How I met your mother" it is already waiting for that girl and more of that, he did not just prepared one episode but the whole season 9. So the girl in blue shirt and short shorts holding a hand bag in her right hand with her hair loosed entered the shop while Ram open's the sliding door. Ram tried to be serious and looked focus on what he and his business partner talks about. That pretty girl in blue known Clarisse waited for her turn to greet as she sat down to the black cool designed chair. Even after Ehm noticed that the girl in Ram's attention arrived there he also remain silent.

Would this girl ever think that she's been running around Ram's mind gradually and increasingly since the day they met?

The bigger question is, would he ever get her attention and finally make him the happiest man alive?

Those are the question in his mind as he stand there and look at this beautiful thin girl.

As they cross their sight, Clarisse asked with her slightly smiling mood "so which computer has Microsoft Office?". Over here in the 10th PC said Ram. She stood and came to the seat that Ram is offering. Just smile at each other lightly then smile away while Ram goes back to the cashier desk as they speak of accounting with Mr. Jojo.

Little while more meeting with Mr. Jojo is done and his family is saying goodbye for a while to Andromeda Staff. Ram accompanied them as they get inside their van and waves goodbye saying "so see you tomorrow and God bless us all sir Ram". Same here Sir Jojo said Ram as he waves goodbye too. 

He then walked close to the girl and said:

Ram: so excuse me Pad-May.

Clarisse: Yes?

Ram: I'll just open the video files that you requested for download.

Clarisse: Oh sure. Wait! you mean you downloaded it all? Awwww I'm having butterflies in my stomach already! (closed her hands and covers them to her lips and cheeks while she moves slightly and rapidly with joy)

Ram smiled and said, you see there's no more internet lag and no more buffering time.

Thank you so much said Clarisse as she speaks very happy. She paused her assignment for report and played the videos.

Ram got amazed how she responds to the scenes this tv series is making her that made him more curious. He then opened his computer in his service table just beside this girls seat with another table placed in their middle. Ram opened the file too and started watching so he can relate what's happening to her. He noticed how soft-heart this girl is that makes her more interesting to him. The funny part is that this girl tried to resist to cry but her teary eyes won't let her as she wipes them quickly and secretly. Ram also knows why because of the sad scenes they both are watching. Moments ago, Ehm walked, said hi to Clarisse and said to Ram and Aron he's going to sleep because it's 3am already. They answered "okay" and Clarisse said "Goodnight Darth" with her smiling face.

It is 5am already. Ram told her with a low and light voice, "Hey, so what about your report you ready for this morning?" Clarisse answered, "Oh! right right right. Thanks for reminding me, give me five!" She raised her hand as he raised his.

Ram asked her, its already morn, aren't you hungry? you wanna eat something?

Yeah I thought of that too.

What do you wanna eat?

I think I'm in for fries.

Yeah, I want some burger. Let's go.

Okay said the girl.

So these two souls walked across the street and come to Mcdonalds. She ordered fries while he orders fillet-o-fish. Let's seat over there said Clarisse. Sure! he replied.

Then they talked stories about random things, books that he and she read, movies, about Harry Potter, Pirates of the Carribean, Divergent, Lord of the Rings and its comparison with original stories from books. They laugh, got sad from deaths of the characters, got curious of the more possible twists the stories could make. They talked about those things for more than 1 and half hours which they didn't notice how time passed them by. Clarisse said, what time is it now? So, let's go back? Oh yes! The two souls had fun with random stories that they continue talking while they walk their way back to the shop.

She focused editing her powerpoint presentation.

Sometimes she asks him what to do as Ram assists her how to edit design and layout with powerpoint. Ram would be very glad to help this girl that has been running in his mind all day and much more when she's not around. If she only knew that or could she?

7:30am already and Ram fixed her USB Flashdrive, copied her finalized report and saved them there.

He accompanied this girl to the street near her place.

Finally the girl said thanks for all his help especially for downloading her favorite series.

She gave him high five again and waved goodbye as they go their separate ways.

Episode II Coincidence

-Epilogue-

Days passed and Holy Week summer vacation came. Ram randomly and constantly remembers the girl she met. Day after day he can't keep himself from thinking how he met that girl.

-Episode II Coincidence-

It was another ordinary day and ordinary dawn on Thursday. 1 O'clock, April 24, 2014 to be exact. Clarisse came to Andromeda Computer Services again.

Ram got stunned for a second. He thinks of right words he should say the pretty petite girl waved her hands and said "hi!" just before Ram spoke a word. She sat at Computer No. 6. He stopped and thought again if this is real because he barely sleep for days. He looked at the girl about four meters away from her seat with his heart pumping loud around his nerves. Ehm sitting just in front of her with the computer monitors blocking their sight throw a joke, smiled and said, "Hello Pad-may". "Hello Darth, Clarisse replied. Unfortunately its Obi-wan that missed you he said giggling quietly.  Ram heard it but just pretended he did not.

Two things plays in his mind.

One, (You like her right? Talk to her once you've got the chance. Chat her)

and two (She's a customer. Try to behave and be professional at least until she logs-out)

He looked at her Monitor and saw she's watching some video which makes her smile, sad, and laugh at random times as the video makes her. And so he did not spoke to her for a while. it was 2 O'clock and Ram walked to the Server Computer as it was the start of his shift until 10 am.

So where have you been this Holy week? did you go to your relatives? Ram asked.

Clarisse: Yeah we came to Laguna, in San Pedro. The girl replied

Ram:      Oh, Really? My relatives in father's side also live there.

Clarisse: Really? is it in Ice Plant?

Ram:      Before but they transferred.

Clarisse: To Pacita?

Ram:      Yes Exactly. we both have relatives there what a coincidence Ram smiled and said.

Ehm looked at them and smiled.

Time passed and it was about 6 am already when Clarisse stood and came to the counter where Ram is working. 

She was sad while she walks toward the desk and said Sir, I have a problem again. I did a foul thing.

Her voice is pretty much sad as she speaks with her sad face. Why? what happed? Ram replied. I accidentally kicked the power supply of the Computer 6. Oh, but it's okay it's fine Ram said. No, it's not okay I buffed more episode of "How I met your mother" while working with my report but then I kicked the power supply so I wasted the buffing time I prepared the girl said.

Ram smiled, that's it? that's why you're sad? Yes she said.

Then why don't you just load and play it again? Ram said.

I'd want to but I have things to do. I have to go. She said. 

But I think I will eat first. So who's on duty now?  You? Yup, Ram said.

Why don't we just buy some food and eat it here in the shop? Ehm said. Yeah that's cool. Clarisse said, it can't be, the owner will be mad. We are the owners here Ehm and I Ram replied.

So the two, Ehm and Clarisse left and bought food then returned.

Ehm was laughing while they enter Andromeda telling Clarisse, if the taste of the mixture you made failed for Ram then it's your fault. Oh really? Then if he said it tastes good then you'll say you made it? Clarisse replied with a exaggerated mad face to Ehm.

It tastes okay but kinda weird Ram said. She mixed whey chili and peppermint to that I don't understand why she put many whey Ehm said. It should taste good! Clarisse said. You don't know how to cook am I right? Ehm told Clarisse. She replied "yes". Ehm laughed more.

Ram is curious of the taste and tasted it again. It's so hot. It's okay but the thing is I taste as if there was milk in it. Well that's more awkward Ehm added.

So instead Ram just diverted them to other topics.

Okay then I'll download that episodes for you so when you come back you can watch them easily.

Really? the girl become happy at gave him high five.

Then the other customer came to the counter and paid his bill.

Ram noticed this girl wants to talk more. About other things. Maybe she likes the company Ram and Ehm makes. Ehm said to Ram, I think you should accompany Clarisse to her place now.

Yeah I thought of that too Ram replied and said to Clarisse, so let's go?

So Ram and Clarisse walked from streets to streets and while this happy guy listens and looks at the girl, he appreciates how pretty and cute she is and does while telling random stories.

As soon as they came to the street near the girl's house. So thank you for coming with me here I had fun. The girl smiles and waves her hand goodbye.

As soon as the girl turned her back at Ram, Ram said, hey! wait I forgot something. Yes? I haven't got the chance to introduce myself to you properly. Just Clarisse right? Yeah, she said. Ram, my name is actually Ram. Yeah I heard earlier. They shake their hands. But you can call me Mary, or Precious or anything beautiful like Pad-may she smiles with her eyes. Mary? for so many names why pick Mary? Ram asked with awkward reaction. Hmmm just anything would be okay she said. Okay I guess I'd prefer Clarisse as it is already beautiful Ram said. Okay bye! the girl waved again. 

Epilogue - Episode I Crossroads

Epilogue:

Ram is a 27 year old guy that manages a Internet Cafe business. He also have repair shop there which he himself is the Technician. In the morning he plays tennis in a tennis court inside San Lazaro Hospital. He walks and jugs to get there. Tennis is his only way of escaping the busy life. His younger sister named Aize is the only family he have since he left his home.

Love and trust has lost its way towards Ram's life since his tragic memories about his ex-girlfriend. His used to make his mind busy in order not to think about his past.

-Episode I-

Crossroads

April maybe the best month to fool one soul when another girl walked into their shop. Along with other customers and while Ram is fixing Michelle's Laptop.

His friend Ehm called him and said, Ram this girl needs a little help.

His busy mind did not made him notice this girl and he just said, "okay just let the customer come to my table". And the girl came near him and said, "Sir, please help recover my missing files from my USB flashdrive. It doesn't display in the computer's file explorer and it is very important to me those are my school report and I worked hard for that. I just recently came to other Internet shop to print them but then after that, my files are gone". Her worried voice made Ram prioritize her concern. And then he told her how her files are gone, it was made by common computer virus that hides her files, masquerades and creates shortcut that leads to nowhere that's why the computer prompts missing shortcut.

He told the girl that its common activities of computer viruses but can be fixed and recovered. The girl's teary eyes turned into gladness and said "Oh really? thank you very much! I will really appreciate your help sir. Thank God it can be recovered. Thank you very much sir really. (She barely speaks with raucous voice)

Ram smiled and replied, no problem. I encountered that same issue before. By the way what happened to your voice? Did you sang lately?

No. I presented class report the girl replied.

Ah. that's why said Ram.

Along with the girl is a guys sitting beside her seat but the guy didn't talk much and seemed he's her friend that just accompanies her by that time.

They goes out of the shop to talk with their friend that works as Tattoo Artist just beside Ram's Internet Cafe. The girl came back without her friend.

Why is your computers named Stormtrooper? Does it resembles Star Wars? Are you guys fan of Star Wars? Ehm giggled and said. Yeah, the guy that fixed you Flashdrive is Obiwan Kenobi. Ram said, "yeah you just spoke with Darth Vader. Ehm voiced as if he's wearing a gas mask. Oh really? the girl replied with excited voice. I'm a big fan of that too. Let me guess, you're Pad-may? Ram said. Yeah! I'm Queen Amidala the most beautiful in the Star Wars universe. Ram smiled and answered "we can agree with that". Ehm looked at Ram with a funny trolled face as if he's saying "so you are hitting on this girl. Ram giggled.

It's funny, you guys are soon gonna make me your babysitter Ram said. Then they talked more about that Star Wars thing. 

The girl requested us to print her resume along with her classmate's resume too. That simply made Ram know her name. As soon as the girl finished, payed and left the shop. Ram investigated her profile and he sent her a friend request in facebook.

Ram then found out her name is Clarisse de Ramos.
